Mindfulness for Anxiety Course

Through guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, you will discover how to manage your anxiety effectively.

This will be a small close knit group of people working towards the same goal.- Improving their mental health and wellbeing.

You´ll learn about:

  • How to use mindfulness to break the fight and flight cycle and regulate your nervous system.
  • Ways to improve body awareness and identify triggers to anxiety.
  • Mindfulness tools to keep anxiety at bay, which can be used alongside daily activities.

This is a 5 week course, starting on Monday 7th April, with one week break.- There´ll be no session on 5th May.
We will be trying something new each week as we deepen our practice.

I´am a fully qualified Holistic Counsellor, Mindfullness Teacher and Hypnotherapist with extensive experience working with mental health organisations and supporting people on a 1:1 basis, as well as delivering wellbeing courses and workshops.

 Currently, I work in private practice as well as alongside the NHS and I facilitate courses and workshops for Solent Mind.
