This is a 4 week programme.

Sessions will be weekly on Monday. Starting on Monday 9th June until Monday 30th June, 2025.
Time: 6-7pm

Location:  The Beehive Centre, 19A Stretford Rd, Whitehall, BS5 7AW Bristol

Would you like more time for yourself to simply relax and unwind? Join us for this 4 week Mindfulness programme where you will learn techniques to calm your mind and find inner peace. 

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this event is perfect for anyone looking to find a sense of calm and balance. Take this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and learn valuable skills to navigate life’s challenges with more ease and resilience. 

You´ll learn about:

  • How to use mindfulness to ground yourself and regulate your nervous system.
  • Ways to improve body awareness and identify triggers to stress and anxiety.
  • Mindfulness tools which can be used alongside daily activities.
Activities included: Mindfulness meditation, movement, breathing, drawing and writing among others. 

This will be a small close knit group of people. 
We will be trying something new each week as we deepen our practice.

I´am a fully qualified Holistic Counsellor, Mindfullness Teacher and Hypnotherapist with extensive experience working with mental health organisations and supporting people on a 1:1 basis, as well as delivering wellbeing courses and workshops.

 Currently, I work in private practice as well as alongside the NHS and I facilitate courses and workshops for Solent Mind.
